A service hour covers any time our team spends working on your account — including configuration, training calls, project management, support tickets, onsite visits, data imports, or custom development. Time is tracked in minimum increments and includes all related work and communication.
Yes. Additional hours may be purchased at any time. Services may be paused if available hours are exhausted until additional hours are confirmed. We'll always notify you when your balance is running low.
Purchased hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. We recommend scheduling your sessions early to make the most of your pack. Hours are non-refundable once utilised.
No. Service Packs are a separate, optional purchase on top of your monthly plan. The monthly subscription covers access to the Chuio platform. Service Packs cover expert time from our team.
No. Most restaurants can set up Chuio themselves using our documentation and Help Centre. Service Packs are for those who want hands-on help or need custom features built. You can always add one later.
